This payment portal is offered as a convenient way for you to make a payment to Rutledge Law Firm, P.C. In order to properly process your transaction it is necessary that you complete all the information requested on the next screen.

This payment portal does not accept credit card payments. You may use a debit card. If you would like to pay by check or ACH, please contact our office. If you’d like to pay with a debit card please review these terms and conditions.

By submitting payment information through this Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any documents incorporated by reference. You further agree that this User Agreement forms a legally binding contract with respect to using this Service in accordance with these terms and conditions and by clicking below and using this Service, this Agreement constitutes “a writing signed by You” under any applicable law or regulation. Nothing in this Agreement modifies, compromises or settles any account you may have with any Creditor. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. By clicking on the “I Agree” button and by clicking one of the options below, you are accepting these terms and the stated fees for using this service.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you have correctly entered your file number and creditor’s name in the payment form.

If you do not know your account number, please do not make a payment through this website at this time. Instead, please obtain your account number before returning to make the payment. Without the account number we cannot credit your account with the payment you make on this site, which would result in a significant delay in processing of your payment. Rutledge Law Firm, P.C. will not accept liability for a payment not reaching your account due to you entering an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Rutledge Law Firm, P.C. will not accept liability if payment is refused or declined by your bank for any reason. If the bank declines payment, Rutledge Law Firm, P.C. is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your financial institution that payment has been deducted from your account. In no event shall partial payments made to your account constitute “settlement in full” or “payment in full” unless previously agreed to by an agent of Rutledge Law Firm, P.C.

In no event will Rutledge Law Firm, P.C. be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
