Depending on your account’s status, you might need to talk to a representative to review potential payment arrangements. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that any proposed arrangement will be approved by our client, and in some cases, the full balance must be paid.

Questions about making a payment:

Yes, you can click the “Make A Payment” button to view and choose a payment option, then complete your payment using a checking account, savings account, or debit card. Depending on your account’s status, you may need to call (833) 856-4700 and speak with a representative before being able to make an online payment.

If your offer has been accepted and you have a written agreement with us you are welcome to use our payment portal. If you would like to enter an agreement you may call the office or click on the Offer a Settlement section to enter your best offer. If applicable, you can set up a payment plan by selecting an option on the payment website and schedule recurring payments using a checking account, savings account, or debit card. If you already have a pre-arranged payment plan, there are several ways to submit your payment:

  • You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments via a checking account, savings account, or debit card by visiting the payment website. Click the “Make A Payment” button to access the portal.
  • You can pay over the phone by calling (833) 856-4700 and speaking with a customer service representative to set up a check-by-phone payment using a checking account only. NOTE: If you wish to pay with a debit card, you must use the payment website.
  • You can mail a payment to Rutledge Law Firm, PC, 2603 Augusta Drive, Suite 500, Houston, TX 77057. Be sure to make the payment out to your creditor and include your file number. Do not mail cash.
  • If you wish to send an ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment through your bank payment, please call us for instructions.

No, credit card payments are not accepted.

This may be due to the status of your account or other restrictions. You may need to speak with a representative before being able to make a payment online. If this is the case, please call (833) 856-4700 to speak with a collections representative.

We would be happy to assist you in setting up recurring payments. Please contact our office for assistance.

  • Consumer name
  • Your file number or court case/judgment details
  • A signed authorization from the consumer allowing Rutledge Law Firm, PC to release information to a title company.

We are currently unable to respond by email. If you prefer a response by fax or mail, please include your fax number or mailing address.

NOTE: For title companies – providing the signed authorization with your initial request will help us process your request more quickly.

Credit reporting:

Rutledge Law Firm, PC does not provide information to consumer credit reporting agencies. If you have concerns about your credit report, please reach out directly to the creditor that is reporting the account.
